Features of cNBM AAC autoclave
The autoclave is a steel horizontal cylindrical device. The lid of the autoclave is pressed from a whole piece of 16MnR steel plate. The flange of the lid and body are made of 16Mn integral forging. The welds of the pressure parts have been heat treated and strictly non-destructively tested according to relevant standards.
- The door of the autoclave is a movable quick-opening structure, which is opened and closed by a hand-operated reducer. It can also be opened and closed by electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic according to user requirements.
- Equipped with a complete safety interlock protection device, the hidden danger of misoperation is avoided to the greatest extent, and the safe operation of the autoclave and the safe production of the operators are ensured.
- The opening type of the door has two types for users to choose from: side opening and top opening. The side-opening type adopts a rotating arm-type door-opening mechanism, which is flexible in rotation and low-position operation. It is a simple and convenient way to open the door. The top-opening type adopts a lever-type door-opening mechanism. The lower end of the lever is connected to the door, and the upper end is equipped with a counterweight device. This type of opening has the advantage of a small footprint.
The autoclave door seal adopts the imported rubber sealing ring, which is easy to install. It has good sealing performance and long service life. According to different parts of the body support, there are three types of fixed support, movable support, and special support for the end. It is better adapted to the thermal expansion and contraction of the body, ensuring the normal operation and service life of the autoclave.

The autoclave is equipped with necessary valves and instruments such as a safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature measuring element, steam inlet and exhaust valve, sealing ball valve, steam trap, etc., and a decontamination tank is available for users to choose from and use.

The function of the autoclaves for aac blocks
In the AAC block production line, the required equipment mainly includes jaw crushers, cutting machines, slurry mixers, autoclaves, etc. The AAC block autoclaves are the most important equipment among all machines. After the cut cake is steamed at high temperature and high pressure in the autoclave, it obtains high strength and excellent performance. The main function of the autoclaves is to finish the hot water reaction of CaO+SiO2+H2O and make the cut cake hard with a porous structure. The process can be summarized into three stages: heating, constant temperature, and cooling.
Heating. After the semi-finished aerated brick is hoisted into the steam curing car and put into the autoclave, the high temperature produced by the autoclave begins to exchange heat with the culture body. Through a series of processes, the temperature in the autoclave is completely consistent with the temperature inside the cut aerated brick, and it begins to enter the constant temperature stage.
Constant temperature: This stage is to make the aerated block fully carry out the hydrothermal synthesis reaction, thereby producing hydrate and reaching the necessary crystallinity, and improving the strength of the aerated block.
Cooling: After the constant temperature stage of the autoclave is completed, the aerated blocks enter the next stage of cooling. The cooling process has no great influence on the quality of aerated bricks, but the speed of cooling affects the production efficiency of aerated blocks.
