Working principle of jaw crusher machine
The jaw crusher structure mainly includes a frame, working mechanism, transmission mechanism, adjusting device, tensioning device, safety device, and lubrication system.
When the jaw crusher is working, the motor drives the belt and the pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thereby pushing the movable jaw closer to the fixed jaw. The crushed material is crushed by multiple forces such as extrusion, rubbing, and grinding. When the movable jaw moves down, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the distance between the movable jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate increases under the action of the pull rod and spring, and the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port of the crushing chamber. With the continuous operation of the eccentric shaft, the movable jaw reciprocates periodically, and the materials entering the crushing cavity are continuously crushed and discharged, realizing continuous production.
