The working principle of the tilting crane
The tilting crane lifts the pre-cured “green cake” with the mold up in the air and flips it 90 degrees. The side plate of the mold is released and the “cake” is removed from the mold with the side plate. Then the “green cake” is transferred to the cutting machine. In addition, the tilting crane lifts the empty mold to combine with the sent back side plate and transfer it to the pouring area for the next shift.
